One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed exactly one sogogo account. Creating duplicate accounts — under your own name or someone else's — is a violation that can result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
21+ Only
sogogo strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source — no exceptions.
Bonuses Have Conditions
All bonuses offered by sogogo come with wagering requirements. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting the stated playthrough requirement is not permitted. Terms for each promo are clearly displayed at the time of offer.
Fair Play Is Non-Negotiable

Payments Must Be in Your Name

1. Eligibility to Use sogogo
To register and maintain an active account on sogogo, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation as applicable under Philippine regulations.
You are accessing sogogo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your own responsibility to check the laws of the area you are in.
You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other individual or organisation.

2. Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one active account on sogogo. Registering multiple accounts — whether to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. sogogo uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sogogo strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available. Do not share your login details with anyone else — sogogo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sogogo's support team immediately. sogogo will investigate the matter promptly, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the unauthorised access.
Reminder: All details you provide during registration must match the payment methods you use on sogogo. Mismatched names between your account and payment source will trigger a verification hold.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
sogogo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are supported: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.
All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the sogogo account holder. Third-party deposits — meaning payments made from an account that does not belong to the registered player — are not permitted. Any third-party funds detected will be reversed and the account will be placed under review.
Deposits are generally credited to your sogogo account within minutes, subject to the processing time of your chosen payment provider. sogogo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the sogogo payments team during operating hours. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 24 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take one to two business days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.
sogogo does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
sogogo offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds are held separately from real-money deposits in your account. You must meet the stated wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.
Bonus expiry dates apply. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will lapse after the stated validity period.
sogogo may impose maximum bet limits on games while bonus wagering is active. Exceeding these limits may invalidate the bonus.

5. Gameplay, Fair Use, and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sogogo and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
At the player's own request (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion).
The player is found to be under the minimum age requirement.
Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification.
In cases where an account is closed due to a proven breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure or inactivity closure, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks.

9. Limitation of Liability
sogogo provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, sogogo does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or factors outside of sogogo's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sogogo's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sogogo is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings (other than confirmed prizes), indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, game malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of services.
In the event of a technical fault that causes a game to malfunction or produce an incorrect result, sogogo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stakes to affected players.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of sogogo's services, you should first contact the support team with full details of the issue. sogogo aims to resolve all player complaints within five business days of receiving complete information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable gaming regulations under which sogogo is licensed to operate. Any unresolved legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority and, where applicable, the courts of the Philippines.
